Sina Taghdir

Sina started his career as a lawyer at a prominent family law firm. He dealt with complex family law matters involving children, property and family violence.
In 2006, Sina signed the Victorian Bar Role and commenced his career as a Family Law Barrister. In his years at the Bar he represented clients at all hearings including trials.
Sina decided to use his experience as both lawyer and barrister to assist clients from the first point of contact to ensure their case is prepared properly for representation in court.
In 2010, Sina established Taft Lawyers in Dandenong.
Ek Taghdir

Ek commenced his legal career at an urban law firm and practised Family and Criminal Law. Ek developed his experience at Taft Lawyers upon its establishment in 2010.
Ek signed the Victorian Bar Role in 2011 and commenced his practice as a barrister. At the Bar, Ek appeared at all hearings in Family Law, Family Violence and Criminal Law matters.
In 2014, Ek rejoined Taft Lawyers as Special Counsel for the firm. Ek will prepare cases and appear on behalf of his client's at court.
Ek has also had the privileged of tutoring law students at Deakin University.
James Moore

James joined the firm in 2012 after graduating from Monash University. Prior to his role as a family lawyer at Taft Lawyers he supervised Monash law students at the Family Law Assistance Program (FLAP) undertaking community legal service work for family law clients.
James has developed broad experience in family law matters and has appeared for parents and separated spouses in the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and Family Court of Australia in a wide variety of cases concerning parenting arrangements and property disputes.
